NOTE: The Family Nutrition Pro accepts Medicaid in the state of Vermont only. If you have Medicaid in any other state, your visits with The Family Nutrition Pro will generally not be covered (with the exception of coverage through CO Early Intervention, depending on your EI broker/provider).
